Damn that's low res. On my laptop it takes up like 1/3rd of my screen. Also yuck @ having that Yahoo search in your taskbar.

1280x800 isn't really that low res...it's good for a laptop.

Re: The Official Post Your Set Up Thread
I'm not trying to be an asshole, I was just struck by how small the image appeared on my screen. My laptop is 1920x1200 17", which is almost over the top really, but I'm obsessive about my screen space.
However, my comment about the Yahoo bar remains. No clue why you would ever want that.

Re: The Official Post Your Set Up Thread
just posting the new pc we got for nostalgia purposes, it runs the games pretty good. (Plus I wanted a computer back in my room.)
computer:
Windows 98SE
Intel Pentium III @ 1000Mhz
Intel i815E chipset (I think)
512MB SDRAM (133Mhz)
ATI Radeon 9250 128MB AGP 8x Video Card
20GB Quantam Fireball HDD
DVD-ROM drive
I-inc 19" LCD monitor @ 1280x1024
Works great, plays DVD's too, which is good since the other one in the room is broken.
Windows 98 FTW

The skin is Enigma for the program Rainmeter. It's an extremely minimal program it's only running at 1,200 K right now.

Rainmeter seems to be a pointless program for me. I am never looking at my desktop, I am always in some other program. It only exists to make desktop screenshots look cool and sophisticated. <- Fact.

Zune > iPod.
Seriously, if you can get a zune it is a much better option than an iPod

I disagree. They are both pretty good, but I prefer the iPod.xbox wrote:Zune > iPod.

Can we avoid this kind of debate? ;p
What usually happens:
Clearly my technology of choice beats yours. I demonstrate this by posting the technology's specifications and sales numbers, then I refer you to my anecdotal evidence which concludes that my opinion is more important that yours in this matter and thus, you are wrong.

@Scotty: You are a wise man, for that is often how it goes down . However, I wasn't trying to start a large argument--I was trying to make it clear it was nothing more than my opinion.
