Today (as well as recent days) has been gorgeous outside. Light breeze, no clouds, just awesome.

Also, picked up a new protein powder...it mixed/tasted a little funky, but it's definitely working. Very noticeable difference in the way I feel right now than I felt with my other protein mix.

Could you tell me what type of mix? I've used a lot of different protein mixes but I don't really like any of them, I have even worked out in a little over 2 weeks because I've been sick and never have had time after school to go to the gym. I had a nice membership with a bunch of cool features etc but I think it ran out too.

I'm using Cytosport's Muscle Milk...I used to use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein. If you haven't used supplements before (or haven't been working out for over a year), go with ON Whey. If you've been working out for more than a year, go with Muscle Milk.

Order from www.bodybuilding.com if you have the chance, their prices are way lower than most stores you'll find (GNC, EAS, etc).

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html - ON Whey (they've changed the design of the jug, so don't be surprised if it looks different when you get it)

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cs/milk.html - Muscle Milk. Those prices are serious...I went down to my local GNC to compare, and they were honestly selling the largest size of it for $80, as opposed to ~$50 online. It's a pretty damn nice deal, I highly recommend it...and I've yet to find any lower prices, even buying direct costs more from what I've seen/looked for.
