ya, we shouldnt get mad at the people even if they ask stupid questions, cause then theyre like: "what assholes! im gonna spam a ton just to annoy them" compared to: "oh, i feel really stupid now but these guys are nice to me, so ill just make sure i dont ask stupid questions!"
