Furthermore, it is a blatant misrepresentation of a position, at least regarding Obama. Never, for any reason, has he stated he will require anyone to do such civilian service. What he has said, however, is that there will be incentives, such as having college costs lowered, for performing such services. He's providing incentives to get people involved, not requiring them. Don't trust clearly biased sources, as Jean-Luc pointed out. I guess you could use a GOP blog as a reliable source of news about a Liberal politician if you would, by the same measure, trust chain emails sent to you by your mother's friends explaining that Barack Obama is a Muslim Terrorist who was born on the moon and has tea with aliens on Sundays while he burns an American flag in his fireplace.
