Yes, but there is no program publicly available that will let you do so in an easy fashion.

Your best bet would be to request a map conversion, and maybe someone with the appropriate tools would do it for you. The Halo Xbox modding scene is dead, so you'd be lucky to get someone.
Otherwise, there's no chance of it happening.

I haven't had much luck going from PC>CE>xbox. Although I only tried like 2 maps. But i'll give it a shot if you want to make that request.
