Well, I thought I would show you guys a few things I have been cooking up. I can guarantee you all that these will be the best effects you will ever see. These are a few of my great effects I have worked on for days in real time. Please not that I couldn't capture the full effect.
Thanks to DarkShallFall for his Effect Studio and its great RTH feature.
Also thanks to DemonicSandwich for helping me figure out the annoying effect tag duplication bug.

When someone says best effects ever, I instantly go into critical mode. Saving a big post, I disagree But I like the blue one. Not so sound like a hypocritical douche, but I'm not a fan of the green bloom. Plus, it might make your effects look better if you reduce it/change it, rather than blurred.
I also didn't know DSF's app had RTH for effects. Just goes to show how slow I am now

It does. But it's ok Scotty. your effects were done through just plain ol blind random testing. So i'm just saying, you have your prestige as much as the next guy.ScottyGEE wrote:When someone says best effects ever, I instantly go into critical mode. No, Yelo takes the exact quality that the xbox renders with....which is 640x480. Not allot of quality can be gained from that size unless it's up close.Eaton wrote:Well, I made the effects green because it goes with the eerie lightmap. I don't see what you mean by blurry. Yelo doesn't seem to take high quality pictures.
I am glad you got past the corrupt tags and onto editing them.

...my point is there is just maybe a BIT too much bloom, otherwise i like the effects, they look nice

Use the same tool you used to take the screens. Although Yelo won't capture sound.Eaton wrote:Enough of the bloom comments... >.>
The effects look a lot better in game. I'd like to make a video, but I have no way to do so.
