I don't think you can fly it. It might be the parked pelican I saw in the pit's tags.
Plus if you look at the picture there is no cockpit.

Not to say that you didn't mod there to be something invisible there but I have managed to get forge to glitch and put an invisible box that you can stand on. I did it in valhalla in the shoot (like where the laser would shoot skyward if this were Halo from Halo 1)... I've got the screenshots w/ my XBL to show for it... Not that it really matters... Just saying.
kinda off topic but...seeing that halo 3 mods are starting to emerge from the woodwork i was wondering if anyone in the "cool circle" has gotten to fly a pelican or phantom vehicle, or in that case done any sort of mods in campaign??? (don't flame me i know .maps can be signed yet, just throwing this out there )

Just found them. I blurred out his gamertag because he might not want to be bothered.
He's also the third guy in the "Invisi-pics."
I saw these two pictures on the guys Service Record, before you posted them here. It was pretty easy to find them too. I just realized right now that you can't place ammo in Forge, which makes the second picture so special.
I love the one where they are looking to the spartan laser. I actually think its really good. Reminds me of dramatic scenes in movies when people want something and have to get it.
