A Silent Place

Post by HPDarkness »

Panic was scrapped.

Image Scrapped

UPDATE:
I took this at an abandoned field. In the early 80's there was huge chemical spill in this field, and it was dubbed "Unlivable." Yesterday, me and my friend came across it in the woods. It is safe now, they just advise you not to consume anything in the area (ie: Trees, Plants, Squids, ect). It is considered a wildlife sanctuary now, but no wildlife live there at all. I took this picture in 4 different exposures, and combined them. this is outside the abandoned farmhouse.

Its ok but the background being a grunge/vector sort of theme doesnt fit in with the poorly rendered ground and alien/zombie thing. You could have done a better job blending the two. But thats not easy. I would have scrapped it also.

The ground actually isn't rendered it's an actual photo I took. But I updated it. So rate the newest image.

This may explain the existence of the mutated flying squid :P.
As for the picture, I really like it, great work!

Looks cool, but the background just feels...stronger than the foreground. Like the foreground just isn't nearly as appealing to look at and it's way too...odd.

Yeah, I understand what you mean about the foreground/background.
But what do you mean by odd? O_o
