I was sick, missed 2 test in school, then the next day progress reports came out, I had 2 F's because I got 0s for the tests. I made them up, but, my dad saw the F's, threw me out of the car, called me a slave, and now is making me do his work. My mom won't listen to me, and my dad keeps picking me up from school. My dad is taking away my Xbox, and laptop. I won't see you guys in along time... my grandma is my only hope..

I get the, "I don't care for excuses.." And I said the thing about slavery, and he claims that he didn't say anything about that in the first place, when he directly said it to my face..

Legendary, even though I do not fully understand your "situation" in life, here is some advice. Take a stand and tell your father straight up. First, take those tests and have your school/teachers print out a new progress report. Show your father this was a big misunderstanding. Tell me straight to his face the honest truth. Keep full eye contact and show him that you are doing everything you can to get that grade up. You could tell him that you GUARANTEE that those 2 test grades will be B's or something reasonable.

Basically, show your father you are not a leech. Prove to him through grades and maturity that you will take responsibility and do the BEST thing to fix this situation. Put your foot down. You control 90% of your life. That 90% means you can do anything you want. Make your future the best one you can imagine.

Well, I thought that would be my last post for a while. But, I did the best thing I could think of. I got a sheet of paper, made a chart for My teachers name, Signature, letter grade, comments, and additude.

I got all of them to sign it. I told them what had happened, and they all new it was wrong. They all put things on the paper like, good student, no troubles, pays attention, the basics, and that I had a great additude, you know, and they all put that I did the make up work, and that the grades were improved. And they were, I had 4 A's, and a b, and a C.

Well I had court today. My only rant is that I had to wait 3 1/2 hours just to be told that there wasn't enough research conducted on there part, and that there trying to press the biggest charge they can against me, which won't work since I didn't do anything arson-related. Hopefully they'll get me for criminal mischief with a sentence of 1 year of probation, basically.

Yeah If no one replied I was gonna rant about how no one's been reading my post's, and then on LIVE! they wonder why I'm grounded.

I did something soooo(...) stupid and lit a smoke bomb in school. They gave me a 30 day suspension. Then on november 20th I got a letter saying I have court for 3 charges, Arson, Widespread Injury or Death, and Criminal Mischief. I had a pull-smoke-bomb which means that it didn't cause a fire or explosion, nor did I light it. It was a chemical reaction. It's not wide-spread injury or death because no one was hurt, nor dead. It is Criminal Mischief though, which is just a petty charge. The only thing that concerns me is that probation is not good for me, seeing as I do a few things that shouldn't be mentioned here. So now I have to go back to court on the 17th, because they didn't conduct enough, or any research for the matter (They didn't even know I lit a smoke bomb

) so after that I find out what's gonna happen and whether I have an actual trial. Today was just a hearing.

What school do you go to? Because someone did that in my old school, but used the ones you buy from firework stands, the ones you have to light, and he lit it and threw it in a kids backpack. He didn't get any punishment. BTW my old school was Don Bosco Tech.
