Yo man look around there is a post of a pelican in the map and the guy said anyone can open the map us in insolence and switch it to thier map just give him credit See you tommrow whore.

The best map with a good working pelican in it is aerial, but I don't know if you are allowed to take that pelican out of the map and use it in your own mod.

The map is locked.
I've contacted the map's creators, and no luck on the pelican tag.

The map isn't locked, you can extract the pelican from Aerial just fine. If you want to use it for a mod though, its best to ask HSM before doing so.

I could get you a patch with a pelican, what map do you need it on.

Did you search in the tutorial section for how to add a pelican, I know theres a few tuts in there that work.
