Ok, let me get this straight, these skulls not only do effects, but give you armour permutions as well? Cause I have no idea...

I killed all the ghosts first and then the AA turret brute. Then it was there for me.

How far into the mission is the Tilt skull? I can't find the circular room on youtube that a video shows.

The room is extremely obvious...or you could just listen for when Cortana says the things she does in the YouTube video.

it's a room where in the center there's a purple circle with semi pillar around it. ya it's kinda ovious.

I love the IWHBYD skull, it makes 343 GS say very funny quotes. "You suck, reclaimer", "Bullets don't grow on trees" "That hurt my feelings....I'm a real boy"

No...we have enough stickies. If someone were to make a detailed walkthrough + FAQ of every aspect of the game, maybe we'd consider making it a sticky.

It corresponds to the music, each ring plays a note. It's been known for a while.

I never heard any music when i jumped through them, or that marathon music your supposed to hear. I knew I got it when the rings started glowing.

They each emanate a single note/sound. Try standing around until the default area's music ends, and walk by each ring. They all have a unique sound to them.

catch skull still can't get. but i got a theory.

i think you need to unlock one of the following achievement.

finished campaign on normal, heroic, or legendary before getting it.

if anyone that gotten it without finishing it on normal or higher plz correct me.

reason for this theory:
--------i finished the game on easy because i wanted to beat the game to see the ending earlier and unlock the levels to get skull in any order i wanted sooner. and all the ppl i've talked to that got the skull have finished the game on normal or higher.
