nah it didnt work, i dont c how tho!
the bullet travels all the way 2 the other side of the map but the pistol does no damage if i shoot from a far distance!

some1 plz help me edit this so i can shoot any1 from any distance!

lol, are you trying this online? Cos editing your bullets to travel further and then joining someones server where it isnt modded that way, it won't work because the bullets travel the default distance, but it appears to go further on your side, but doesn't actually on the server side. You then have ghost bullets...

ok, i'll try changin the damage like zelux said 2 c if i can actually damage ppl from a far distance... i hope that works lol

i got a perfect accuracy pistol with a sniper scope with sniper speed bullets that travel as far as the map can go! lol
so even if i cant damage them from a far distance, i'll have 1 hell of an advantage at a closer range! muahahahah

this is bullshit, I have two problems with HMT3.

First, as soon as I open it, I get this message saying that "there is no row at position 1" or something.

I click okay, then continue to open a map -- lets say Cache003.map (blood gulch) or cache002.map

So, it try that and I get the "An unhandled exeption has ocured" message, and I've got two options Continue (and let the thing do nothing for...ever) or quit the program entirely. No matter which map I use, I get this error.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but this program DOES do xbox maps, too, right? Its confusing reading about this stuff with PC all the time.

By the way -- I got .net frameworkd 1.1 and I've tried downloading HMT V.2 from xbins, and all the files are encrypted...shitty, eh?

actually the pistol isnt that much of an advantage because it will work for the joiners too... although they wont know it is modded... i'd say that lots of people use pistol from far ranges... sooo... it would only help him till the people who joined figured it out...

Okay i'm a modding noob and i downloaded all the stuff eg. ppf-o-matic, hmt3, HHT and a cool mod with a pelican. but when I try to extract them winrar gives me a load of error messages saying there's no files to extract and corrupt filenames etc. anyone know why this is??? any help would be hot.

umm i downloaded microsoft .net frame works 1.1 and hmt3 still doesnt run i still get that intalization error?

Maybe you can right click it's icon got to properties and compatibility windows 98 etc.

I'm not a member of this site because it screwed up my e mail thing so I cant log in to post a new topic so I am going to continue this one but add a new question. When I downloaded HMT3 it gave me a message saying windows cannot open this kind of file because it is a .rar file. What does this mean and how do I fix it? Thanks

it sounds like u need winrar, or u need to extract it using winrar

I've downloaded a map, and placed it in the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\MAPS" directory. When I start up Halo, it doesn't show the new map when I'm given the option to select a map. (yeah, I'm a newbie, HELP!)
