3dsmax Rendering Support Topic
then how about a model that somebody made, because i know that there are some around, but I have no idea how to import them because they are from Halo CE and all I want is two files, one the model and the other the bitmaps. I do not care if the model and the bitmap are not the ones used in the Halo 2 game, and as long as they do not look bad.

Hi, Im having a problem, The problem is after I import my MC, and if I zoom in he disappears, this hasnt happened on older files, I re-installed 3ds Max. Heres a pic.

how would i make this part in my ak-47 more round? the part tht i circled. also im using 3ds max 9.

quick question. What material modifier do i use to use alpha-maps as a soft or hard overlay for my textures? Should i just overlay useing PS or is there a different way. Also when i use the normal map in the bump slot in the additional bump area do i insert a bump map or a normal map in that.
