Flashlight angle

I have a nightgulch level I've created and I've noticed that when I'm up on the cliffs, the flashlight doesn't work on some of them. Is there some sort of value I need to add into the flashlight to get it to work?

Also, hex'ers, what is the offset for the flashlight life?

i got the flashlight to be on even when you didnt turn it on...i was trying to do i night thing so i change all the color things to 250 i think but the light was white but it stayed on for ever

Yes I tried that. However, it lags the game a bit more when it's on. Also, some players may want to hide in the dark. Thanks for the input though
