1. The rules are perfectly fine. Sure it may seem like there is a lot, but that's just because they went into detail and explained the rules a bit more than anyone else would. The main ones you have to remember really are: Don't post porn, don't flame, dont rip content, no illegal discussion, etc.

2. Halo PC modding is pretty much dead. What else would you expect to see? All the great halo pc modders are gone, or on to modding Halo 2. So that just leaves the beginners with old tutorials, all the advanced ones that lead to great mods are all buried and hidden across the internet.
And about the log mods, honestly, the days where I did log mods were the best modding days. Bar none. They are just trying to enjoy what they are doing, so don't give them crap about it because you can't get past your elitist eye-sight; that's your problem, not theirs.

Well on Wednesday it was pushing 70 degrees and everyone was excited that summer was coming and stuff. Well, then on Friday we get dumped with about 6 inches of snow after the National weather service for some reason said 8-15. Then on Saturday, I look at the front page of the paper and the biggest headline says "Major Flooding Expected" the article talks about how there will be about 4 inches of rain and the most rain in the past 2 decades for my area. (Rhode Island) Shops are putting up sandbags and stuff, and of course what happens? No rain. At all.

Thats some crazy New England weather for ya.

Now today its bright and sunny out and all of the earlier snow is melting, but its still snowing...

u kno wat?! with all the users here ima surprised no one else took me name! and my name dosent suk and u kno it! i named myself after an old favorite doom2 monster...and yes i think doom2 is better than halo...i think just because doom seems but halo isnt...well an easier way 2 explain it is that doom is like METAL musix and halo is like...alternative musix well some of u ppl can disagree but we all have our opinions
