[Halo PC] Need help making weapons glow.

Hey, I have something that may help you. I use this for alot of my editing, I'm still learning and im too scared to post my mods cause of criticizm rofl but anyways I use Photoshop CS2 9.0 and the dds plugin to open the dds files, and I use a neon glow filter to make things glow or change colors. for instance my banshee changes from purple to blue like chameleon colors.





Sorry bout the size but. That is an example of what it will do. Depending on how you use the filter it can add a glow to just about anything.
