Mod it in Entity then click the Sign button on the right side. Then either add it to your MM or just over right the map in the maps folder in your Halo 2 maps folder in the games folder.

Did you put it in the tdata folder? If so, that's your problem. Put Halo 2 on your HDD, theres a tutorial on page two of the Tutorials board by crasherx if you don't know how.

No, just apply this patch, made by Snave, to your MM then put all your DLC maps in the Halo 2 maps folder and rename the $u folder in the tdata folder to get rid of your AU, then the map shouldn't fail as long as you click Sign in Entity, or use Yelo to bypass map Checksum.

lol or you could make it easier...atleast to test your mod. Do this by resigning the map with entity or the resigner of your choice and rename the map to an old one. IE: say you edit deltatap.map. Well resign it and rename it to coagulation.map and ftp it to your maps folder on your hdd. Then load coag ingame and your game will load your modded map. Walla! a shortcut way to alteast test your mod.
