What is this file? It keeps giving me some popup about it having an error and needing to close when I start Halo or HaloCE, this then makes Halo shut down.

from my google searching it appears to be a minor form of spyware. try doing a search for it and deleting it, or googling your problem.

Tried:
Google
Searching for it and deleting
Reinstalling Halo and HaloCE
None of these did anything... :\

Im dont know how to fix it but when ever you play halo on any pc this file appears on your computer the game uses this file what i would do is empty my tempory file folder and start up halo
