halo server problem

i got a new computer from dell, so i decide to install halo trial on it. my internet connection is cable and people could join my server on the old computer. now, on the new computer, my friends cant jon my server. can anyone help me? my security package is pc cillin. that includes the firewall and virus scan.

Try opening the appropriate ports and allowing Halo to access the internet.

I'm not exactly sure how with your security system...I use Norton AntiVirus and McAfee.
