HMT error message

ok well when start HMT it says Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Processid=0xfdc (4060) Thread id=0x9fc (2556)

click Ok to terminate the application
click Cancel to debug the appication

if you opened it IN winrar, just keep the winrar thing open until the HMT is up and running, then get rid of the winrar window.
