Map pack ?

Ok my situation is that i have recently soft modded my xbox and have unleashX and i have put halo 1 on my hdd,and have connected my box to my comp through FTP. Could someone please explain how to put a downloded map on to the game. And what is a good map pack to get, a link to download it would be very helpful thank you !!
