woah woah woah woah

Zero...you were getting really pissy at everyone in the channel...you even started to flame people repeatedly.

THAT is why people got mad.

I'm not mad your leaving at all to tell you the truth....if this is the sole cause.

OMFG, Vegito's back from the dead!
TsukasaZero wrote:Vegito and Bob: I am deeply sorry the users miss-interperated what I mean by contact you.

Guys: Vegito and Bob alone are not reponsible. Events in the Halo modding community, vegito's last few words to me, kptkommie, Mr-T, bobindashadows, Madrox/twisted_madrox, and the majority of the modding "inner circle" caused me to leave.

No single person is held responsible.

If you want full details, ask for the logs of #halomods with my very long speech. That carries all the details and allogorical references. Vegito and Bob, besides being one of the forementioned, were there at the time.

As for Hunter and Kama: Thanks a lot guys. I never thought I would get a goodbye like that.

AND TAKE THAT BACK MAYAKO!!

-//End, unless I must interevene once more
read that first... but what specific reason was it, Vegito?

Isn't this dramatic "leaving the scene" thing getting old to anyone else?
No offense, but you're not the first...and most people just end up coming back.
Why doesn't everyone just hack Halo and relax?

Agreed. Lets have a big Hacking Halo Orgie (HHO) Sound good? We can all hook our computers up and just team up on one HUGE mod. Flying trees that shoot nuclear missles that explode in huge green clouds of doom anyone? (Well that wouldn't be hard anyway...) You get the idea...

nope, but for a good reason. if we did, it would look like crap because there'd be no focal point... it would look more like a wield jumble...

I feel that I need to step in once again, so this thread will not go the way I think it might.

I left because I believe that the modding community has gone bad to the core. Here is the longer, easier read version of my speech.

There are people who hold knowledge close to their hearts, herding and refining it. There are those who share others this information, no matter how small, because they feel that any breakthrough is important. And there are those who hold that information, having a monopoly on others. Those people taunt others because they cannot do what others can. They unnconnsiously taunt others. They rub it in their faces. There are those who have power, not knowledge, and still feel that they are "special". And still, there are more. There are those who let off less than they know, those who make up excuses, those who insult purely for the pleasure knowing they are the same, and those release this knowledge. Partially. In the words of System Of a Down, "Filtering information for the public eye". There are many who do that. Some have logical reasons, like security, and there are those who do not have reasons. Some think that knowledge, in its purity, and power are the same. They are the dark cores. They are those who hunger. For what they call power. When they have this power, they do things noone else can, and release those things without any way to tell people. Some lie and say they have this power. And, honestly, there are those who think having this "power makes them "special" and above others. Listen to heroes gone bad. Those who bring joy into hearts and then, sometimes months or even hours later, take that joy. And they become the gatekeepers.

They hold all the keys, they guard all the doors, lure people on the wrong roads. All while devising a takeover. Look at The Matrix. Smith breaks free and realizes what he can do. The gatekeepers recruit their allies, sterotyping all those who are neither enimies nor allies. Like the ugly ducklings. They think they are incompetant, when there are those among the "other" crowd who are fully capable. And even those who think they are not, are. To some, the past paragraphs may seem like an attack. But think for a moment. Think about the situations there have been like this.

And then, lastly, there are people like me. Those who stay silent but see all. Some may say we are ignorant and nosey. And then there are those who say we are masters of the mind. They may be entirely wrong, but what they felt they cannot push away. Like a splinter in the mind. If one thing I hope you remember from this is this: look beyond words and image, and actually think.

I may be 180 degrees from the truth, but this feeling will never leave. I may remembered as a revolutionary to some, and to a bitchy baby at times. I look everywhere and inside everywhere. And remember, I know more than I left off.

One event does not change history. It changes the people involved.

---I hope you think.
