He always has a clone in the opening scene of Regret, I have no clue where the floating MC picture is from.

Tip:
Make all your pics 133.33% wider, they will have the correct aspect ratio. I have the same problem with my Xbox because it is stuck in widescreen.

The thing is, the biped used for the MC in the cutscene is not the same one you use for the game (when you are playing), so during cutscenes, the extra MC is hidden away, it occurs in pretty much every cutscene. however, with the screencap trainer, you can move around to find the hidden MC
