I need to download the plugins for hmt so i can follow the tutorial to make a human turret. Where can i find the right one?

there is a tutorial here on this site under htm and it is the one where u can make a human turret, and it requires to "4. Next, go to the branch "[vehi] Vehicle" and pick the warthog. And at the right, click the little circles that are next to, Kill Physics, Kill Antenna, Lower Turret to Floor." and i dont have any of those in the ones that i find.

i didnt double post, i was just telling them what tut. unless u mean doing 2 posts before someone replys then i didnt no.
