if he sold an autopatcher, and the ppf's or serenity's, he wouldnt.
if he included the maps, yes, that would be illegal.
but, no matter what way, if you sell someone elses property (other's mods)
i bet the community will get veery pissed at you.
(someone once tried to sell some people's mods on ebay, without asking permission etc., he got flamed to death and reported on ebay)

updated final maplist in the main post.
progress stuck at 80%..
we've been more busy making other stuff.. for example the way it'll be patched
not to mention i spend some time making 2 maps slc that werent slc just because i think its a great entry on this mainmenu
-343 delta ruins by ironman
-sanctus by bkbeaner
and i'm giving t1xanton some time for finishing his map
most maps've been tested on systemlink now as i wouldnt like failure
and i setted up a betateam of people that offered their friendly assistance in making this best so far

Needs a DVD label designed as well...Many people have printers for DVD's...
If you call Serenity v3.1 with "serenity.exe mypatch.serenity coagulation.map superawesomemod.map" it'll apply the patch to coagulation and give you superawesomemod.map...It'll also do all the mainmenu stuff for you if you have the mainmenu stuff in the patches, aswell as the "use mainmenu" box checked in the app...
The options can be found stored in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Serenity\Settings if you wish to change them before calling Serenity...If you don't want serenity to handle the image adding, make sure to disable useMainMenu here before starting...
Anyone should be able to write a small app to call serenity, and wait for the process to die before continueing on to the next patch...
I have no plans to create an auto-patcher beyond what Serenity supports...I've never been a fan of getting 3 dozen maps when there are just a few mods I'd want to play, and I could easily get and apply them on their own...

I like Sain's cover the best because it has biohazard featured twice!
It seems to be a very good looking map pack...
Biohazard III? I dont see a II anywhere
edit: I just noticed we can nominate mods...
I've always felt that Mr_Murder's mods are classic...They were of the few big 1st gen (Its how I would label it...) halo2 mods that I still playand gain inspiration from today...
So of course, I nominate undeadlong and the hive
