I think I still have to download .net framework (but I thought I already did), But if I did'nt i'm not sure which one cause on microsoft.com they have a few versions or something (buisness, normal, licensed etc). Also is the file size really huge? If so I maybe able to detirmine which one it is. Thank You.

as I recall, the file's somwhat big, but not huge... chances are you DL'ed the wong thing... anyway yea, go back to the page and see if it says that you haven't installed .net framework... if so, reinstall...

Just download it via www.windowsupdate.com <--- the latest version shoudl be .NET Framework 1.1

It's not a critical update, so you'll have to select it for download manually. It should be under the "Windows XP" (or Windows 2k) catagory. Also currently only Windows XP and 2k Professional support the .NET framework.
