i need help with the spawning, and i put spawning points too, but it just wont let me spawn

Yep.
You need to go under the spawn points and set the gametypes you want them on. There is a field where you can check the gametypes that you want the spawn points to be active. Don't worry, It's one of those things that soem people forget about *I even do on occasion if I'm rushing. Also if you have the decompiled multiplayer maps from Bungie, A few maps have spawn points that weren't set. See? Even Bungie misses stuff!!!*
