MAC SCREEN CAPTURING HELP!

Ok I want to make Halo movies on a Mac. But I can't find any GOOD cheap (or free) screen capturing software. The free ones I get are crap. I tell it to capture at 30 FPS and its more like 1 FPS!(meaning ithe framerate dosent change at all) And they crash a lot too. If you know any cheap (or free) screen capturing software please post here.

I had the EXACT same problem and I was like "Damn!"

I have tried that over 15 times. All of the results are crappy programs like I menchoned above. NEXT...

And did it ever come to mind that maybe there isn't one? Either lower your expectations, or buck up and pay.
