how do i transfer a .xcf to bbcode?

you upload the file and then get something like this [img]your%20sig%20url[/img]

When you're in the Save menu in Gimp, select something like PNG, BMP, or JPG to save it as. Then upload it to Imageshack, and post the signature here in the following format:

ive tried to save it as something different then xrf but thats all it saves as?
