Halo 2 wont fit on harddrive

Ok I was wondering if i could just take everything off of halo 2 and just have the multiplayer because then it would fit fine

sounds great. Just save the entire h2 game on your pc hd, then when you want to mod campaign maps you can just transfer them back. However you need everything but the campaign maps, so leave the bink, media, and fonts folders ok.

Dont need the bink folder. The BINK movies are just something to keep you watching while Halo 2 is loading...

k i had the same problem so all i did was put my halo 2 in and i am using evolution x +3995 i guess and all i did was copy halo 2 into my hard drive everything got copied except for single player shared map and zanzibar so all i did was open an ftp (smartftp) and then go to the D drive while still have halo 2 inside and took out zanzibar after that i removed all the single player maps but not fonts ofcourse and now i can play halo 2 multiplayer only in my xbox and thats all i need and i have 2.7 gigabytes left so i am happy hope this helps cause it took me 2 days to figure how to do this and cause just transfering from smartftp to the games of E drive didn't help so hope this helps...

oh yea don't remove anything else but the halo 2 campain maps or else the game could get messed and you would have to transfer again.
