infinite sword energy in halo 2 singleplayer

well i have known this for a long time but was too lazy to post this

works on: any level that has an energy sword in it at all (WARNING: must be the first of a part, translation: right after it switches from mc to arbiter missions or visa versa)

how to:
1) get an energy sword
2) waste all the ammo (kill team mates and lunge absolutely everything, even grunts)
3) beat the level so that it will show a cutscene which means it is moving on to the next part, not when it switches to mc or arbitor
4) it will try to fool you by telling you to switch to other weapon, and it will look empty, but to prive it isnt, either switch weapons and switch back to sword, which then you will see and hear the drawing flash/sound, or you can simply go to normal lunging distance to an enemy and let the lunge out

easy glitch with fun results this is for halo 2 if you havent caught on by now

I haven't played Halo 2, so the thing that I dont get is this: why do SWORDS have ammo? WHAT ARE THEY SHOOTING?????

When you lunge with the sword and cut through something it takes battery to keep the energy/plasma/whatevva up. Well im not that ggod at explaining.

i wouldnt call it ammo for the energy sword, just plain energy usage before it starts to screw up i guess

actually oskar_92 your right whenever you lunge someone it will take away energy from the sword when its all gone you can just box someone with it

"Warning do it on easy and normal not Legendary or Heroic" Or else you are just being suicide well you can still do it on a grunt and a jackal though o man that was useless.Man if bungie wanted to be realistic then they could have shown that the energy from the sword was being taken away..... Stupid Bungie.
