Can sum1 give me a link for a HaloCEPC "Paint" skinning tutorial

and how do i put pelicans in my mp maps?

I know you are really new here, but it's not hard.

1. Check the Tutorials section or the Tutorial Submits section for HaloCEPC Paint.

2. Check the Tutorials section or the Tutorial Submits section for PMI.
