Changing Text

Is there any way to change the text displayed after a kill (i.e. from "PiMPnOsIs killed bobTASTIC" to "PiMPNOSIS was the MAN when he killed bobTASTIC") that would be sweet to just have a quick editor to change that text and stuff

It's called Halo XBE Hacker. You can only change the text to something that fits. So you can't do what you just said. It has to be the same amount of characters or less. You can find it on Xbins. Not the site, the IRC thing.
