How to ALTER MasterChief in gameplay health

Does anyone know how to edit the health/life of MasterChief? I have H2Edit, but I can't figure out how to make him invincible or make the flashlight last longer, or even have the Arbiter have longer camo.

ALSO, I see several posts about setting the target level distance at a huge distance, but I can't get it further than 45. Does anyone know why? Thanks.
