You shouldn't be downloading it.
It's a leak and you can get a fine up to $100,000 and it in pal.

You can't download it. That was an illegal leak. But all of the torrents are down anyway.

OK but you forget who makes halflife they are notorious for lies...but bungie hasn't really lied at all...even from the first halo...they are very good at keeping a promise so far.....they even said the date wouldn't be pushed back because of the leak....

Actually, don't be so sure. There are a few sites that have torrents on that are 100% legal because they are in a country where those laws don't apply. (eg. Russia)
