i only have fall of reach but these 3 books...are they a series? or seperate stories?i'm getting confused here...does the other 2 books started out like fall of reach?i liked how they observerd their subjects and trained them....oh and did one of the books have the humans lose?

All three books are a series, The Fall of Reach was the prequal to the game, The Flood, is obviously, following the story line of Halo for the Xbox, and The First Strike is Halo 2. And I also agree, The First Strike was simply awesome.

EDIT-oh, and no, not yet, the humand on Earth haven't even encountered the covy yet, but the covy DID plan to go there, they did find out, and, I do think there should be a Halo 3, I mean, the story still isn't finished.

ya... halo 3 will probably be for xbox2, but they should wrap it all up in #3... we dont want halo 24 or anything... its a complicated story too so itll be hard to sum it all up at 3.

getting back to the subject... first strike was my favourite... i liked the end where they kill the huge covenant ship and it goes BOOM and the cristal thingie that kills people.

actually first strike is NOT halo2. it is between H1 and H2. kinda like a H1.5

ya i was just thinking... in the screenies of halo 2 i saw kovied on da urth, but i thot "wtf? in da book its like dey didnt get to da urf beecause da MC stopped em like OMG!!!' so ur rite, it is like 1.5...
