Hot
That was a good movie. I know most of those stunts but to but them in a movie format that is awesome
that was fucking awesome!
that was a great movie, RVB was more along the lines of comedy, this was a REAL HALO Movie! Not did it only have acting and good screenplay but it had a good story line. Please make another one! I'd ask if I could help but 1. You probably don't live near me, 2. I am not sure what use I would be besides helping with stunts, and maybe owning some people, I am prolly not as good as a lot of other people, but I try, and I am getting better.
KICK.ASS.MOVIE. period
must have taken you forever to get those stunts to work.

it was made on XBOX.Dude, awsome. This must not be the 1st video project youve done. Your angles and progression with story and content showed experence. Was this with Halo PC or XBOX?
nothing beats redVSblue. lol. sorry pico.that ws the best halo movie i have ever seen, make more, and yes it beat red VS blue
Can you spell: S.U.C.K. M.Y. N.U.T.S.? I didn't think so.Demonic Spartan wrote:Can anyone spell - H.U.M.O.N.G.O.U.S. F.I.L.E S.I.Z.E F.O.O.L R.E.S.I.Z.E I.T.?
That concludes today's lesson on spelling and common sense.

I bought the Lord of the Rings Soundtrack and ripped the songs. I also got this "Best of DBZ" audio CD I ripped.JM wrote:great movie but how do you get that great music, i have some cool things but wow
lotr and dbz music just....WOW how did you get those?
I used a visualization called R4 http://www.rabidhamster.org/R4/ that I used to create custom scenes that featured Halo characters (I have the Pro version). I then used FRAPS to record it into avi format.Schlobo wrote:That movie's pretty awesome man...I love the tricks. I was bouncing frag grenades off plasma grenades like you were in the movie today, good stuff =)
I have a bunch of questions, though, if you don't mind, cause I'm a bit of an aspiring Halo movie director myself...
1) How did you get those cool intro and ending things? Like the fires in the beginning and the Halo-esque stuff while the credits were rolling; what are those?
I used Adobe Premiere, and used the "crop" tool to cut out the gun and health bar. Just like they do on RvBSchlobo wrote:2) What program did you use and how did you manage to make the screen "tighter" so that it took the pistol/radar/health bar etc. out of the picture?
Simple. I didn't kill them :p I used Xbox Halo for 97% of the filming, and it doesn't tell you when somone else kills someone. If you notice, at the scene where the red guy is whipped out of the car, and melee's the camerman, you can see where it says "Pico was killed by (blank space) " :pSchlobo wrote:3) I noticed during some shots where people died, their death messages didn't show up on the screen. I would REALLY like to know how you did this, cause it's something that's been eluding me for a while. Also, the players' names didn't appear over their heads when the camera was on them; how did you set that up?
As for the name not showing up, I simply changed the other people's names to an empty (space), (space)(space), (space)(space)(space), and (space)(space)(space)(space).
