This is absolute epic. Amazing work, congratluations to both Pepsi and Nessa for when this gets put into outstanding. It's kinda funny, pepsi gets all of the credit for this stuff, before FTW I didn't even know there was a Nessa. No offense.
And this is genius leaving the download to wait for a day, when you told me you were going to do this I almost died laughing.
I'm bored and looking for attention, so I'll write what I did to help. Besides beta testing the MP maps, I also told pepsi about the EOF and Update trick. I didn't ever get around to betaing the SP maps though, sorry about that.
What EOF basically does is create a new bitmap slot, so that if there are bitmaps shared across levels, the skin you inject into "level A" will only be in level A, and not any others.
Once again, congratulations. I'll be awaiting the final download to update the beta maps I have, assuming there are changes? If they're aren't any that'd be nice, it's a huge pain having to download the 404MB rar file.
[FTW] FTW!

Pshshshsssh, as Andrew would say.DeadHamster wrote:What EOF basically does is create a new bitmap slot, so that if there are bitmaps shared across levels, the skin you inject into "level A" will only be in level A, and not any others.
You can use that function for a lot more than that.
For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.
but not for online compatability thoe.. bitmaps are fine.. using it in other places causes weird effects.Philly wrote:Pshshshsssh, as Andrew would say.DeadHamster wrote:What EOF basically does is create a new bitmap slot, so that if there are bitmaps shared across levels, the skin you inject into "level A" will only be in level A, and not any others.

Just like with all the other downloads and like i did in the WIP thread, I made a short demo vid for you guys. It's nothing fantastic and amazing but my opinion, this is alot better than having screenshots.
Or maybe I'm just poking a stick at an angry mob that's waiting for me to put up the download for this. lol you decide, but in the end i still love you guys
