This is a video me and a friend made of a low gravity mod i made, its pretty funny, and reminded me of 2001: a space odyssey, so thats the style of the movie.

I think this is cool

Every once and a while someone comes out with a movie that is so orginal and funny that it puts me on the floor laughing. This my friend is one of those movies. Awesome job man, I loved it! Can't wait to see the mod.

wow, i wasnt expecting such positive feedback, but i guess the movie is pretty funny. I had great fun mkaing it. Its so hilarious to throw a grenade under a hog and watch it spin slowly off into the distance.

I wasnt intending to release this mod, as its pretty simple, just go to 'physics' in halo map tools, and change the gravity multiplier for each vehicle to something really small (i used 0.02). Its also fun to give pistol bullets a small (ie, 1 or 2) amount of force, and use it to spin the vehicles in mid-air.

Heh, you should have a talk with the guys making the Pillar of Autum SP conversion then...

LOL.. This is like the ONLY movie that I've ever reviewed because it's SUCH A FUNNY IDEA! It's WONDERFUL! I love this movie. I'm going to show it to my brother tomorrow. LOL Omg... catching breath.

thanx, and im not really a new guy, i just dont post that much, i might release a full mod which includes low gravity at some point, but not on its own....

Has anyone done something cool with changed gravity that isnt in the vid? If so, post it, id love to hear about it....

actually, it was reasonably easy, i just made it so MC jumps high, and walks on walls, then i made the scorpion spin in middair with nades, and jumped into it....

but it was fun

i was thinkin, i could release a mod with low gravity for all MP levels, then someone could set up a dedicated server running it, it'd be hilarious to play it with other people

Dude, i'm new to the site but ive been playin halo fer a while. i just created an account to ask u why i can't see the video. i downloaded it, and everyone is saying its awesome, but i can't seem to play it in media player or divx. if its in a mac format or somthing please tell me. if not please give me a link to the codec or wutever that i need to see it on wmp or divx... I WANNA SEE IT!!
