Well... I've worked myself to an early state of old age over this, but it's finally complete.
Let's get a server going!
OK I believe all the problems are fixed now - Version 1.3 is up now, so please replace your existing maps with the new version. Sorry for all the bs 
BTW - If you've already patched your map files with the ppf's, no need to do it again - just copy the new carousel.map over
