Is it possible to freeze something in midair (like a vehicle/powerup/weapon) with this?
Halo 3 ruined everything..

No not really. Its either pull things kinda towards you or away, or send them zooming into the sky and away from you.

Sweet mod...can some one possibly create a mod where there is a gravity gun and most of the other weapons spawn random objects to move about, so it would kinda be like Gary's mod...you know!

Dude, this mod is amazing. Great creativity, you got to teach me how to do this sometime. Great job. Also, you could make one object freeze in the air when you hit a certain trigger, now that would be cool. Well, great job, and i was just wondering if i could use this in one of my mods? Great job and keep up the great work.

Awesome idea. I really don't think you should remodel it, though (remodels are always ugly, due to darkmatter's limitations). Do you think there's a way to use this same principal to make a grappling hook (a weapon that would pull you toward an object, rather than the other way around)?

wow this should be hell good fun to play... too bad the netcode disables lifting people that join the game... just because of that i wouldnt like to see it ingame, because the only on really affected is the host... people that join could not be lifted in a vehicle when they drive it..

but then again, amazing new gun! 10/10

This is awesome. Ive litaraly played with this weapon with my friends for 30 mins. Its awesome when 2 people with the gravaty beem stand next to eachother and hit both trigers. Well good job.

I said release a tut because I can't open this map in any editor without getting an error. So i can't rip it (FOR MY OWN USE, NOT FOR A MOD) or just copy some stuff and get the same result.

add a trigger to the weapon set one trigger with a force of -100 and one with a force of 100. That is my guess.

Negative forces don't work. You could just open up the map and take a look for yourself as well if you really cared to see how I did it..

It's a sentinel beam with 2 triggers. [Edited out, in case EXL wants to keep it a secret]
Also, I understand the whole thing where you want people to ask you permission and all, but this isn't really that complicated. I had this idea some time ago (though the z part hadn't occurred to me) but I never messed with it, 'cuz I didn't have a reason. I guess what I'm saying is that if I ever do use the idea in a mod, I don't wanna' get yelled at for stealing it.
