A simple DDS converter. It works with Vista (I have Home Basic) and should work on XP as well. Program is free n Spyware free (lol that rhymed). It was used for people who modded Flight Simulator and CFS2.

Ya it is a good program, I have it already, but it rapes the color & image quality.

I have to admit, it rapes the transparency of textures like the flag skin -- no longer looks battered with all the holes in it.
