Patch Creator:
Simple enough to use. Select the modded version of your map and an unmodded version. Designate whether your mod is a replacement or a patch. If you're doing a conversion, or using a rebuilt map, then the replace option will most likely be the lighter method. You have the option to include patch data for bitmaps.map, sounds.map and ui.map along with a description. You have to check the enabled check box, and select a modded version and unmodded version of the extra data maps. Description you merely have to check enabled and type your map description.

Mod Organizer:
Using a library system, you can have groups of mods relate to certain map folders (like a demo maps folder and a full maps folder). To create a library, simple press the button marked "new." You'll be prompted to select the target maps folder. The folder button let's you select a different folder for you current library. The add button let's you select a .op patch and add it to your library. Once the patch has been added to your library you don't need to keep the file as a copy is stored within the data folders. On that note, simply adding a .op file into your data folders won't add it to a library. Also, the file names of each .op file must be different since they are all stored in the same directory. If you have a mod selected, you can remove it permanently from your library with the remove button. Note: if you have the same mod in multiple libraries, the file will be deleted out of the data folders and will most likely cause errors with your libraries as they try to access a file that isn't there. To install a mod, select it (it will have a red icon next to it) and press the install button. If you have another mod affecting the target map you will be prompted with a dialog asking what to do. To uninstall select an applied mod (with a green icon) and press the (un)install button. If you are running in secure mode, when applying and unapplying mods, the offsets of changes in the bitmaps, sounds and ui patch sections will also be compared to other applied maps and you will be presented with error/option dialogs in the case of overlapping data segments.

I made this as simple to use as possible, designed to work like CMP but actually have a patch creation section as well. Enjoy.

Here are the old converted maps bundled in the new format for you to test it out with.
