I downloaded WinRAR and ive extracted all the files, but when I try to open the file it says C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded. PLZ help

In the damage section what do the ranges mean? Also what is the ROF (I think its rate of fire, but I'm not sure.)

range im guessin means how far the damage goes, like splash effect...though i am prolly wrong.

ROF means, as you said, rate of fire.

i went and downloaded it from the second link and when i goto use it i get

this application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate application

i have xp home. how do i get it to work?
