Nicely done, man.

I can't wait to use it and make mods with it.

Thanks a lot! :)

This is a really great program and it will really help people (especially me) for when you PMI another weapon from SP so I can have more weapons...not just plain old replacing! And to Hiei3 - Sparkedit is an editing tool. To duplicate a weapon, it switches meta and soem other stuff. That just changes things. This will make your map accualy bigger, with more stuff, not differnt stuff...get it?

I think you open up the program and then use it, then you rebuild the map.

Hey I promised an update and I made a 0.9 beta and it was almost ready except for a few bugs. Anyways I stopped making it a while back until recently I've developed the same application except it's generated for you through php.

Yes that's right, I've been writing a PHP script that does the same thing and outputs back to the user a download for a compressed folder that contains the object's .xml and .meta files all nicely organized ready to be dropped in the folder with the matching new map name.

More details will be revealed as I finish up the input and output of the PHP PMI Tools engine.

Questions... comments?

I know this'll make me sound stupid, but once I've used this tool (great work btw), when I'm rebuilding where do I put my new weapons, 'cause I mess up each time I try to do it.

Ok PMI Tools v 1.0 is almost ready for release. All I need are some beta-testers and to finish the html pages. Post back here, private message me or IM me if you're interested.

I don't understand... Do I have to begin the PMI process, stop, open this program, do what it tells me to do, then end the PMI process or something?

Hiei3 wrote:ok, ill prolly be called a noob modder for this comment (which id hav to disagree, ive been modding a while now, and have gotten pretty good at it, i still have some things to learn tho). anyway. I dont get it, it just duplicates the weapon? you can do that with sparkedit. im prolly misunderstanding it, so plz explain sum1. thx.
Well, it duplicates the weapon yes, but it makes more tags and makes the same exact weapon with a diff name, so you can edit it to your liking. For example you could duplicate the sniper and remodel, reskin, and remod it to look and function like a covie sniper.
