That's because HMT doesn't know how to edit those tags. Only the PC versions of HMT actually use plugins.

Edit: Ummmmm is it the one called HMT the 0.75 version? cos the only other one there says HMT 0.5

Reasons:
you're running an intel mac (don't even hope that it'll work)
haven't installed the mono frameworks to your library
