lol i had it working fine..had to wipe my pc..installed hmt and im getting the (0xc0000135) thing..and i forgot how i fixed it last time..any help?

I actually find WinAce is better, but yea winrar works.
Now to find out how to open my HaloCE map that I made into HMT and edit the vehicle speed.
And yes, i converted it to a halopc map.
And IDK whats wrong with it, I can convert any other HaloCE map to PC and open it...

I know the links don't work. I've tried all of them I at least got the framework though. But here is my problem. HMT 3.5 works for me I just can't see the text. For example. In the weapons tag, lets say assault rifle, I can see the boxes with the numbers in them. I just can't see the text that says what those numbers mean. I've looked at everything and that's is what is wrong.
Anyones help is appreciated.
