Sorry for bumping, but after i tried to use this program, i can't skin ANYTHING.
HMT complains that it must shut down, and this doesn't even inject it right.

Help?

ah. the mac HMT does make you quit after you inject a bitmap. don't worry it does that anyways. this application is not for injecting bitmaps over other ones. it is for making a new bitmap part of the map file instead of the bitmaps.map file.

Ok so let me get this straight. This will let me inject a custom bitmap exclusivly to one map, like a Snow Camo Scorpion in Side Winder & it will not show on any other map, right? When all is said & done I will be able to successfully create a PPF for the bitmaps.map & not have to create a patch of the playable map its self? Is this what it does, or am I wrong?

Why would you make a bitmaps.map patch when you bitmap is in the map itself?

This si what you do. Inject the skin into the map normally so It goes into the bitmaps.map.
Internalize it into sidewinder
Inject the old skin back in through a different map.
Sidewinder keeps the skin.
