DevMode is activated for all players in that server if someone has it in use.

This isn't considered cheats because it enables it for all players. Use deathless player for stunts

Shame it contains a keylogger...It said this file is trying to acsess the file : C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM 32 and it said THREAT : TROJAN KEY LOGGER when i ran it...Lol,don't download its virus...

No. It's fine. I've used this plenty times and it works just fine without my computer dying. Your virus scanners aren't correct all the time.
