Nice. But what someone should do if this hasen't been done before, is combine all these as one app.

Well that would require the source for every one of them, most of them are just older versions of the same program. With the higher numbers being the final release, but edited with a few features. It's nice to have all of them, because some work better for certain things like bsp viewing.
